In case you change your mind before we deliver your order we will happily give you a refund.

If you find a problem with the product that you recieved please contact us on the 'contact' page on the website so we can exchange it or give you a refund.

We ship the products ourselves to assure they will arrive to you unharmed.

We ship only to Tel Aviv and the area. You can use the "Store Pickup" option if you would like to pick it up yourself.

If you would like to ship to a diferent destination you can order only the macrame without the plant and the container (contact us for this option, we will replay as soon as we can).
